Reverend David Hudgins, to Pastor of St. Joseph Shrine in Brooklyn, as well as, his continued capacity as Judicial Vicar at the Diocesan Tribunals.
Reverend Robert Irish, from Pastor of St. Jude, DeWitt, to Senior Priest Status.
