Help for Struggling Marriages

Pornography

Integrity Restored

Integrity Restored is a Christian ministry that supports marriages and families affected by pornography and sexual addiction. They provide education, practical tools, and guidance to help spouses navigate the challenges of betrayal, rebuild trust, and restore intimacy. Their resources are designed to equip couples, families, and parish leaders with the support needed to heal relationships and strengthen marriages in a faith-centered way.

STRIVE

Covenant Eyes’ STRIVE program is a free, faith‑based 21‑day porn detox designed to help men break free from pornography by giving them daily videos, practical tools, challenges, and a supportive online community that guides them in understanding their habits and building healthier patterns, equipping them with knowledge, accountability, and ongoing access to content to support lasting freedom from porn’s impact on their lives and relationships.

Rebuilding Trust and Love

Counseling

My Catholic Doctor connects you with licensed, faith‑aligned mental health professionals who integrate Catholic teaching and spiritual care with evidence‑based therapy to support emotional and relational healing. Their clinicians — including licensed marriage and family therapists and Christian‑centered counselors — help adults and couples work through anxiety, depression, trauma, communication challenges, faith struggles, and relationship issues with care that respects the dignity of the person and the role of faith in healing and growth

Retrouvaille

Retrouvaille is a longstanding non-profit Christian marriage ministry originally rooted in Catholic tradition that provides hope, healing, and practical support to couples struggling in their relationships. The Retrouvaille program helps married couples deepen communication, resolve conflicts, rebuild trust, and reconnect emotionally through a structured three-phase process — beginning with an intensive weekend retreat, followed by post-weekend sessions and ongoing monthly support — delivered by trained volunteer couples who have experienced similar challenges themselves. Couples of all faiths (or no faith) are welcome, and the ministry emphasizes that no marriage is beyond hope and that sustained growth and healing are possible with the right tools and support.
