So what is God saying to us in this passage? To help us prayerfully ponder that question, here is a short reflection by Cathryn Torgerson, Director of Curriculum at the Catholic Biblical School of Michigan.

Cathryn says she fell in love with Scripture when working on her Master’s Degree in Theology at Sacred Heart Major Seminary in Detroit. After graduation, she taught theology at Sacred Heart Major Seminary as an Adjunct Professor and became a founding member of the Catholic Biblical School of Michigan faculty. A year later, she left her corporate job to teach full time for CBSM where she now serves as Director of Curriculum and as an Instructor too.
