Happy Father's Day! Sunday, 21 June, 2020.

A very happy and blessed Father’s Day to all you wonderful, inspiring, strong, loving and prayerful fathers out there! May God bless you and St. Joseph keep you! Have a great day.

To mark today’s celebration of fatherhood, here’s FAITH Magazine recent interview with three generations of men from one Ann Arbor family who happily describe fatherhood as “an immeasurable gift”. It’s a great read.

“I love fatherhood. I love being a dad. When I’m not working, I throw myself wholeheartedly into family life,” says dad Jeff Randolph standing next to his son, Peter, and the grandfather of the clan, Deacon Larry Randolph.

“I always remember Bishop Emeritus Carl Mengeling saying many times that ‘the best thing you can do for your children is to love your wife’, and I know that loving my wife gives security to my kids,” added Jeff who is a parishioner at Christ the King parish.

“I love to spend time with my kids. I’ve learned a lot about that, too. One of the things I try to remember is another way to spell love is T-I-M-E.”
