Life-Giving Wounds Retreat (Healing for Adult Children of Divorce and Separation)

The Life-Giving Wounds Lansing Chapter is offering a series of one-day retreats in 2026 and 2027 for young adults and adults whose parents are divorced or separated. These retreats invite participants to move through the broken image of love witnessed in their parents’ relationship toward their deepest identity found in God.

The sessions will help participants gain a greater understanding of the wound of divorce and its ongoing effects. Attendees will receive guidance on navigating difficulties with love and trust, while discovering how the Catholic faith, spiritual practices, and the Sacraments are essential to self-knowledge and healing.

These retreats offer something for every adult child of divorce or separation, regardless of where they are on their healing journey. You may choose to attend a single session or all three throughout the year.

You don’t have to attend our previous sessions to join the next one! Each one-day retreat covers a different topic on the healing journey, making it highly beneficial as a standalone experience. However, attending all three in sequence will give you the most complete journey.

This event is only available in English.

Student ticket pricing available!
