Counselor

Livingston County Catholic Charities is accepting applications for a new part-time counseling position. The ideal candidate will represent the agency with the 8 parishes of the Livingston Vicariate, including with the Catholic Council on Aging, We CARE Marriage Preparation and other activities.  This candidate must be clinically trained to provide short-term counseling with individuals, couples and families referred by the local parishes.  Position Requirements:  Masters-level clinical training (MSW, Counseling, Psychology), appropriate licensure, knowledge of Catholic Teaching, particularly of Family Life, and a flexible schedule.  This position is initially budgeted for 16 hours per week, but may have the potential to grow.
