You are warmly invited to join us for “Effective Ecclesial Integration” on Friday September 4th, 2026 at Saint Agnes Catholic Parish in Fowlerville. This event is designed for Clergy, parish staff, parish leaders and volunteers, and parishioners of any parish in the Diocese of Lansing and neighbor dioceses which minister multicultural parishioners.
This event will equip the participants on how to be a leader who knows how to foster unity in culturally diverse parishes. The session offers practical ways to communicate, build relationships, and work more effectively with people from other cultures. It also provides a pastoral roadmap for strengthening a sense of welcome, belonging, and shared responsibility within the parish community and other Catholic organizations.
We are pleased to welcome Dr. Alejandro Aguilera-Titus, Assistant Director of Hispanic Affairs and National Coordinator for the V Encuentro (USCCB). We hope you’ll join us for this conference that will build off of the last year’s Conference Making Intercultural Communion Possible – Pathways for intercultural integration in Catholic parishes with Dr. Claudia Sadowski.
