Life-Giving Wounds is a Catholic, peer-led ministry dedicated to helping young adults and adults whose parents have divorced or separated give voice to their pain and find deep, transformative healing in Christ. Through retreats, support groups, community chapters, online resources, and spiritual formation, the ministry creates safe spaces where wounds can be acknowledged, healed, and turned into sources of faith, hope, love, and joy. Rooted in the rich spiritual tradition of the Church and guided by shared experience, Life-Giving Wounds seeks to reconnect those wounded by family breakdown with Christ and His Church.
