Hello, my name is Jonathon Bokuniewicz, and I am a parishioner at St. Augustine in Howell. God has blessed me with two wonderful parents and one older brother. I come from a very small parish community that is filled with absolute love and respect for one another. It was because of the immense love from my parish and a great relationship with my pastor that I began discerning a call to the priesthood. After time in prayer and being very involved in serving my parish, I felt God calling me to the seminary.

I am now attending St. John Vianney Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota and feel very blessed to be here. My journey has just begun, and I have already experienced great joy and peace in following God’s lead here.  I have met so many wonderful people and have had some amazing experiences that keep me hopeful and always looking forward to the future with optimism.  I am excited for the opportunity in formation and to work on deepening my relationship with Christ and growing in holiness.
