Diocese of Lansing Pastoral Plan
Since 1999, the Church of Lansing united in the Holy Spirit, identified the specific features of a detailed pastoral plan. During COMMON CONFERENCE 2001, Bishop Mengeling promulgated the goals formulated from the volumes of data gathered during the VOICES sessions held in parishes and with constituent groups throughout the diocese.
