Vocation Services

"No matter what shape the Christian vocation takes, it is a gift whose purpose is to build up the People of God" (A Future Full of Hope) The mission of the Office for Vocation Services is to provide assistance to those who are searching for their vocation in life, to assist parishes by providing materials for vocation awareness, and to provide opportunities for sharing of vocational information. Our common baptismal call is to live as Christians. In the living of that call, some are called to serve as priest, sister, brother, deacon or lay minister. The office provides resource materials for parish leadership to assist in the education and formation of families regarding vocations. Those who feel the call to a vocation are encouraged to contact someone at their parish who can give counsel or contact Sister Carla Moeggenborg to discuss their options. Individuals who sense that call will be provided the support to explore their call.
