Focusing on the two main building blocks of marriage:
1. Catholic Spirituality

Relevant to both the newly married and the seasoned couples, it is a practical aid to help you foster healthy marriages in your parish. Both practical and theological, it deals with themes such as: trust; openness; vulnerability; obstacles to communication; learned skills to better communication and problem solving; learning how to pray together; and what the Church and Scriptures have to teach us about the purpose of this sacrament.
