Coordinator of High School Youth Ministry, Elementary School, Campus Ministry and Singles Ministry

Upper-Elementary Science / Math/Social Studies Teacher

Father Gabriel Richard High School, a private co-ed comprehensive Catholic high school in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a Spanish Teacher for 2015-2016. High School English Teacher

Part Time Coordinator of Youth Ministry

St. Francis Xavier Parish, Otisville

 

St. Francis Xavier parish in Otisville, Michigan is looking for a part-time Coordinator of Youth Ministry.

The position involves working with the youth at St. Francis Xavier. The candidate should be energetic, and enthusiastic, invested in helping implement Bishop Boyea's call for New Evangelization.

This part-time 19 hour a week position has flexible hours which would include working some weekends and evenings. Coordinating Youth Group Meetings, Confirmation Preparation, planning Retreats, Service projects, and other youth and middle school activities are all parts of this job. Working in tandem with our DRE to support and grow an already active and established youth group is a must.

Part-Time Coordinator of Youth and Young Adult Ministry

St. John the Evangelist Parish, Jackson

St. John Parish in Jackson, Michigan is searching for a part-time Coordinator of Youth and Young Adult Ministry who is desirous of inspiring and igniting the Holy Spirit in the hearts of our youth and young adults.

The position involves the recruitment, training and supervision of an inspirational and committed youth ministry core team.  The candidate should be invested in helping implement new initiatives that answer the Church’s and specifically Bishop Boyea's call for the New Evangelization.

This part-time position will include working throughout most Sundays, coordinating the youth group meetings and confirmation preparation.  It will also include leading the core team’s planning of retreats, service and fundraising projects, and the youth’s participation in conferences and other evangelistic experiences.  The position would also include regional cooperation with the Jackson area young adult ministry, including the parish’s participation in i.d. 9:16.

  • Gifted at gaining support from adults, especially the parents, and inspiring and training a number of them to be mentors and facilitators for the youth small groups

Math Teacher

Possession of a currently valid Michigan teaching certificate; Evidence of successful secondary classroom teaching experience and successful experience in school leadership; 
 
Active, practicing Catholic, outstanding for their doctrine and witness of Christian living. Candidates must exhibit a lifestyle that is compatible with Catholic moral values and professional conduct consistent with Catholic teaching. Candidates must demonstrate a Catholic heart and a love of teaching and learning, and be willing and able to blend these two qualities as a school leader.

 

 


Retreat Center Coordinator

Our Lady of the Pines Retreat Center, Freemont, OH

Our Lady of the Pines Retreat Center is accpeting applicaitons for a Retreat Center Coordinater.  The RETREAT COORDINATOR’S primary responsibilities include:

In-house coordination, implementation, and resourcing of all retreat and spirituality programs;

Outreach contacts and programming;

Maintaining a regular program of spiritual development with contracted spiritual directors

           

REQUIREMENTS: 

Personal initiative in utilizing independent judgment and discretion in programming;

Keeping the Center alive and active with programs of interest that are in keeping with the Mission Statement of Our Lady of the Pines Retreat Center;

 Our Lady of the Pines Retreat Center, sponsored by the Sisters of Mercy, offers a
