East: Chandler Road south to Lake Lansing Road; Lake Lansing Road west to the Detroit-Lansing Railroad Tracks; the Detroit-Lansing Railroad Tracks south to Grand River Avenue.

South: Grand River Avenue west to the Grand River; the Grand River northwest to Northwest Avenue (as extended south to the river).

West: Northwest Avenue north to Lafayette Avenue; Lafayette Avenue west to Andrew Avenue; Andrew Avenue north to Grand River Avenue; Grand River Avenue west to Airport Road; Airport Road north to Stoll Road to the point of beginning.
