North: Intersection of Durand Road and the northern boundary of Shiawassee County; Shiawassee County northern boundary east and becoming the northern boundary of Flushing Township (Frances Road); the northern boundary of Flushing Township becoming the northern boundary of Mt. Morris Township east to Webster Road.

East: Webster Road south to Mt. Morris Road; Mt. Morris Road east to Linden Road; Linden Road south to Beecher Road; Beecher Road west to Dye Road; Dye Road south to Calkins Road.

South: Calkins Road west to the Genesee County western boundary.

West: The western boundary of Genesee County (M 13) north to the southern boundary of Hazleton Township (Cronk Road); the southern boundary of Hazleton Township west to Durand Road; Durand Road north to the northern boundary of Shiawassee County to the point of the beginning.
