North: Intersection of Dupont Road and Pasadena Avenue; Pasadena Avenue as extended east becoming Massachusetts Avenue; Massachusetts Avenue as extended to the Flint River.

East: The Flint River southwest.

South: The Flint River southwest to Chevrolet Avenue.

West: Chevrolet Avenue north to Dupont Street; Dupont Street north to Pasadena Avenue to the point of the beginning.
