North: Intersection of Jerome Road and US 12; US 12 east to Cement City Highway; Cement City Highway south to the southern boundary of Sections 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 of Woodstock Township east becoming the southern boundaries of Section 7 and 8 of Cambridge Township east to M -50; M-50 southeast to Onsted Highway.

East: Onsted Highway south to US 223; US 223 southeast to Springville Highway; Springville Highway south to Forrister Road.

South: Forrister Road west to US 127; US 127 north to Church Road; Church Road west to Jerome Road.

West: Jerome Road north to US 12 to the point of beginning.

All Latin Rite Catholics living within the above described territory are considered members of St. Mary on the Lake Parish, and as such, are subject to the spiritual jurisdiction of the Reverend Pastor (Pastoral Coordinator) of that Parish.
