East: Bancroft Road south to Grand River Road; Grand River Road southeast to Bancroft Road; Bancroft Road south to the north boundary of Antrim Township; the north boundary of Antrim Township east to the eastern boundary of Antrim Township; the eastern boundary of Antrim Township south to the southern boundary of Antrim Township.

South: The southern boundary of Antrim Township west to the Ingham County line; the Ingham County line south to Haslett Road as extended east; Haslett Road west to Shaftsburg Road.

West: Shaftsburg Road north to the Shiawassee County line; Shiawassee County line west to Woodbury Road; Woodbury Road north to I 69; I 69 east to the Perry Township western boundary; the Perry Township western boundary north to the northern boundary of Perry Township; the northern boundary of Perry Township east to the eastern boundaries of Sections 31, 30 and 19 of Bennington Township north along these sections which becomes Friegel Road ;Friegel Road north to Brewer Road to the point of beginning.
