North: The northern boundary of Sharon and Freedom Townships.

East: The eastern boundary of Freedom and Bridgewater Townships (mostly Parker Road); the eastern boundary of Bridgewater Township south to Willow Road.

South: Willow Road west to Sheridan Road; Sheridan Road south to Bowens Road; Bowens Road west to Henzie Road; Henzie Road south to Burtless Road; Burtless Road west to Ely Road; Ely Road south to Michigan Avenue; Michigan Avenue west to Sharon Hollow Road; Sharon Hollow Road north to Wellwood Road; Wellwood Road west to the Jackson/Washtenaw County Line.

West: The Jackson/Washtenaw County Line north to the northern boundary of Sharon Township to the point of beginning.

All Latin Rite Catholics living within the above described territory are considered members of St. Mary Parish, and as such, are subject to the spiritual jurisdiction of the Reverend Pastor of that Parish.
