South: Miller Road west to New Lothrop Road; New Lothrop Road south to the southern boundary of Shiawassee County.

West: The southern boundary of Shiawassee County west to the western boundary of Burns Township; the western boundary of Burns Township north to the southern boundary of Shiawassee Township; the southern boundary of Shiawassee Township west to Bancroft Road; Bancroft Road north to Grand River Road; Grand River Road northwest to Bancroft Road; Bancroft Road north to Parmenter Road; Parmenter Road northwest to the northern boundary of Shiawassee Township to the point of the beginning.
