North: Intersection of the Jackson/Washtenaw County line and the Livingston/Washtenaw County Line; the Washtenaw/Livingston County line east to Dexter Town Hall.

East: Dexter Town Hall southwest to Territorial Road; Territorial Road west to Madden Road; Madden Road south to Colby Road; Colby Road east to Downer Road; Downer Road south to Island Lake Road; Island Lake Road east to Lima Center Road; Lima Center Road south to Dexter-Chelsea Road; Dexter-Chelsea Road east to Lima Center Road; Lima Center Road south to Scio Church Road; Scio Church Road east to Lima Center Road; Lima Center Road to the southern boundary of Lima Township.

South: The southern boundary of Lima Township west becoming the southern boundary of Sylvan Township to the Jackson/Washtenaw County Line.

West: The Jackson/Washtenaw County Line which is the western boundary of Sylvan and Lyndon Townships north to the point of beginning.
