North: The Intersection of the western and northern boundaries of Brighton Township; the northern boundary east to the Livingston County Line.

East: The Livingston County Line south to I 96.

South: I 96 west and northeast to the western boundary of Brighton Township.

West: The western boundary of Brighton Township north to the point of beginning.

All Latin Rite Catholics living within the above described territory are considered members of St. Mary Magdalen Parish, and as such, are subject to the spiritual jurisdiction of the Reverend Pastor of that Parish.
