East: Sharp Road south to Lahring Road; Lahring Road west to Seymour Road; Seymour Road south to Silver Lake Road; Silver Lake Road west to Seymour Road; Seymour Road south to the Genesee County southern boundary.

South: The Genesee County southern boundary west becoming the Shiawassee County southern boundary.; the Shiawassee County southern boundary west to New Lothrop Road.

West: New Lothrop Road north to the northern boundary of Burns Township (Miller Road) to the point of the beginning.
