East: Clio Road south to Welch Boulevard; Welch Boulevard southeast to Dupont Street; Dupont Street south to Chevrolet Avenue; Chevrolet Avenue south to the Flint River.

South: The Flint River west to Calkins Road as extended east to the Flint River; Calkins Road west to Dye Road.

West: Dye Road north to Beecher Road; Beecher Road east to Linden Road; Linden Road north to Pasadena Avenue to the point of the beginning.
