North: Intersection of Onondaga and Holt Road; Holt Road east to US 127; US 127 north to Willoughy Road; Willoughby Road east to Meridan Road which is the eastern boundary of Alaiedon Township.

East: The eastern boundaries of Alaiedon, Vevay and Leslie Townships south to Cover Road.

South: Covert Road west to US 127; US 127 south to Kinneville Road; Kinneville Road west to Onondaga Road.

West: Onondaga Road north to Holt Road to the point of beginning.

All Latin Rite Catholics living within the above described territory are considered members of St. James Parish, and as such, are subject to the spiritual jurisdiction of the Reverend Pastor of that Parish.
