North: Intersection of Chandler Road and the northern boundary of Victor Township (Center Line Road for the most part); the northern boundary of Victor Township east to Meridian Road; Meridian Road south to Bennington Road; Bennington Road east to Friegel Road (the eastern boundary of section 7 of Bennington Township).

East: The eastern boundaries of sections 7, 18, 19, 30 and 31 of Bennington Township to the southern boundary of Bennington Township; the sountern boundary of Bennington Township west to the western boundary of Perry Township; the western boundary of Perry Township south to I 69.

South: I 69 west to the western boundary of Shiawassee County; the western boundary of Shiawassee County north to Bath Road; Bath Road east and extended to Sleight Road; Sleight Road east to the western boundary of Bath Township (Chandler Road for the most part).

West: The western boundary of Bath Township becoming the western boundary of Victor Township to the northern boundary of Victor Township (Center Line Road) to the point of beginning.
