North: Intersection of the western boundary of Conway Township and the Shiawassee/Livingston County Line; the northern boundary of Livingston County east till it intersects with Bohm Road.

East: Bohm Road south to Bruff Road; Bruff Road west to Bohm Road; Bohm Road south to Cohoctah Road; Cohoctah Road west to Antcliff Road; Antcliff Road south to Chase Lake Road; Chase Lake Road west to Burkhart Road; Burkhart Road south to Cedar Lake Road; Cedar Lake Road south to Coon Lake Road.

South: Coon Lake Road west to the western boundary of Iosco Township.

West: The western boundary of Iosco Township going north until Dansville Road; Dansville Road west to the western boundary of Sections 14, 11 and 2 in White Oak Township becoming the western boundary of Sections 35, 26 and 23 (Alchin Road), 14 and 2 (Webberville Road) in Leroy Township north to Allen Road; Allen Road east to the Ingham/Livingston County Line; the Ingham/Livingston County Line north becoming the western boundary of Conway Township to the point of the beginning.
