North: Intersection of Linden Road and Coldwater Road; Coldwater Road east as extended to CS Mott Lake.

East: CS Mott Lake and Flint River south to Carpenter Road; Carpenter Road west to Dort Highway (M 54); Dort Highway south to the Flint River; the Flint River to Massachusetts Avenue as extended east.

South: Massachusetts Avenue as extended west becoming Pasadena Avenue; Pasadena Avenue west to Dupont Street; Dupont Street north to Stewart Avenue; Stewart Avenue extended west beyond Clio Road to Linden Road.

West: Linden Road north to Coldwater Road to the point of the beginning.
