North: Intersection of Pittsford and Church Road on the Adams/Wheatland Township line; Church Road east to US 127; US 127 south to Forrister Road; Forrister Road east to Benner Highway.

East: Brenner Highway south to West Gorman Road; West Gorman Road west to Seneca Highway; Seneca Highway south to the State Line.

South: State Line west to Pittsford Road.

West: Pittsford Road north to Church Road and to the point of beginning.

All Latin Rite Catholics living within the above described territory are considered members of Sacred Heart Parish, and as such, are subject to the spiritual jurisdiction of the Reverend Pastor of that Parish.
