South: Holt Road west to the Ingham County western boundary (Waverly Road mostly).

West: The Ingham County western boundary north to M 99 (Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard); M 99 northeast to Holmes Road; Holmes Road east to Washington Avenue; Washington Avenue northeast to Mt. Hope Road to the point of beginning.

All Latin Rite Catholics living within the above described territory are considered members of Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish, and as such, are subject to the spiritual jurisdiction of the Reverend Pastor of that Parish.
