North: Intersection of Carpenter Road and the Flint River; the Flint River becoming CS Mott Lake; CS Mott Lake east to and including section 12 of Genesee Township; the northern boundary of section 12 becoming Mt. Morris Rd; Mt. Morris Road east to Vassar Road.

East: Vassar Road south to the Chicago-Port Huron Railroad Tracks.

South: The Chicago-Port Huron Railroad Tracks west to Center Road.

West: Center Road north to Carpenter Road; Carpenter Road west to the Flint River to the point of the beginning.

All Latin Rite Catholics living within the above described territory are considered members of Holy Rosary Parish, and as such, are subject to the spiritual jurisdiction of the Reverend Pastor of that Parish.
