North: Intersection of Dort Highway (M-54) and Coldwater Road; Coldwater Road east to the CS Mott Lake; CS Mott Lake east to and including section 12 of Genesee Township; the northern boundary of section 12 becoming Mt. Morris Road; Mt. Morris Road east to Vassar Road.

East:    Vassar Road south to the Chicago-Port Huron Railroad Tracks.

South: The Chicago-Port Huron Railroad Tracks west to Dort Highway (M-54).

West:  Dort Highway north to Coldwater Road to the point of the beginning.
