North: Intersection of Center Road and the Chicago-Port Huron Railroad Tracks; the Chicago-Port Huron Railroad Tracks east to Vassar Road.

East: Vassar Road south to Maple Avenue.

South: Maple Avenue west to Center Road.

West: Center Road north to the Chicago-Port Huron Railroad Tracks to the point of the beginning.

All Latin Rite Catholics living within the above described territory are considered members of Blessed Sacrament Parish, and as such, are subject to the spiritual jurisdiction of the Reverend Pastor of that Parish.
